摘要:
经肛全直肠系膜切除术(transanal total mesorectal excision,taTME)是一种新的低位直肠癌切除手术方式,通常在腹腔镜辅助下进行。本综述在回顾其发展历程的基础上,较详细复习其术前评估、术后并发症、机器人辅助taTME、近期预后以及目前存在的争议。taTME的微创技术仍处于探索阶段。关于远期预后和肿瘤学结果,需要高级别的循证医学证据和国际多中心临床研究予以论证。
