摘要:
目的:比较吸脂联合环乳晕小切口手术与三孔腔镜治疗SimonⅡ型男性乳房发育症(GYN)的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析120例GYN病人病例资料,61例行溶脂后环乳晕小切口腺体切除手术(开放组),59例行溶脂后充气法三孔腔镜腺体切除手术(腔镜组)。比较两组手术相关指标、术后并发症发生情况及病人满意度。结果:开放组单侧手术时间短于腔镜组,单侧腺体切除量多于腔镜组,住院费用少于腔镜组(均P<0.01)。两组单侧吸脂量、术后首日引流量、引流管拔除时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。开放组与腔镜组并发症发生率分别为8.2%、13.6%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组整体满意度评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:吸脂联合环乳晕小切口开放手术与三孔腔镜手术治疗GYN均具有较好的美容效果,开放手术操作简单、手术时间短、花费少且无特殊设备要求,适合各级医疗机构推广应用。
