采用三切口行大腿环绕吸脂加小腿吸脂在下肢塑形中的应用

Application of Three-Incision Circumferential Thigh Liposuction and Lower Leg Liposuction in Lower Limb Contouring

摘要： 目的 探讨使用三切口行大腿环绕吸脂加小腿吸脂进行下肢塑形的临床效果。方法 2017年1月至2018年10月,对17例下肢脂肪堆积患者行大腿环形吸脂及小腿吸脂。采用正面阴阜区阴毛内单手术切口,和左右臀下皱襞各1个切口,共3个切口进行吸脂手术。结果 本组患者术后随访3～20个月,所有患者下肢外形均有改善。本组中未出现脂肪栓塞、严重凹凸不平及感染等并发症。15例(88.2%)患者对效果满意。结论 采用三切口行大腿环绕吸脂加小腿吸脂,可以较好地完成双下肢塑形,切口数量少,且位置隐蔽。

Abstract: Objective To explore the efficacy of three-incision circumferential thigh liposuction and lower leg liposuction in lower limb contouring.Methods From January 2017 to October 2018,17 cases with fat accumulation in lower limb were performed circumferential thigh liposuction and lower leg liposuction with three incisions.One incision was in pubic area,and other two incisions were in inferior gluteal folds.Results All cases were followed up for 3-20 months.The contouring of lower limb was improved.No complication of fat embolism,serious irregularity and infection was observed.Fifteen cases were satisfied with the results,the satisfaction rate was 88.2%.Conclusion Three-incision circumferential thigh liposuction and lower leg liposuction can well accomplish the shaping of both lower limbs with few incisions and concealed positions.
