注射隆乳术后乳房反复积液的手术治疗

摘要： 目的探讨聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳后,经抽吸法抽取注射物所致乳房反复积液的治疗方法。方法分析抽吸法抽取聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶后,乳房反复积液的原因,手术取出乳房注射物并切除注射物周围的纤维囊。结果本组7例,治疗效果满意,术后未再次出现乳房积液。结论聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射隆乳后的取出应以手术切开的方法为首选,对注射物周围已形成明显纤维囊的,在手术时应同时切除。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the operative method and clinical results of repeating after augmentation mammaplasty with injecting hydrophilic polyacrylamide gel.Methods The reason of the repeating effusion was analyzed.The injected hydrophilic polyacrylamide gel was taken out and the fibrous capsule around the injection substance was removed.Results All patients were satisfied with the results.There were no recurrence of effusion after 18 months follow up.Conclusion In the treatment of repeating effusion after ...
