摘要： 自体脂肪组织不仅生物相容性好、获取方便、来源丰富、填充后外形良好、成本低廉,而且并发症少、风险低。但是,不确定的存活率却成为自体脂肪移植的一大缺陷。本文就各种生物活性因子及药物对自体脂肪移植存活率的影响进行综述。

Abstract: Autologous fat grafting has been frequently used in clinic recently. Autologous fat can perfectly fit in the host area. What＇s more, it has characters like convenient access, abundant in amount, well-shaped, low-cost, as well as few complications and low risks. However, uncertain survival rate is a big problem for autologous fat grafting. In this paper the influence of biotic factors and medicines on autologous fat grafting were reviewed.
