足底内侧皮瓣在踝周软组织缺损修复中的应用

Application of Medial Plantar Flap in the Repair of Peri-Ankle Soft Tissue Defects

摘要： 目的 探讨足底内侧皮瓣在踝周软组织缺损修复中的应用效果。方法 2014年9月至2018年9月,采用足底内侧皮瓣修复踝周软组织缺损9例,其中内踝部位缺损6例,踝前区缺损3例。缺损面积5 cm×4 cm～10 cm×8 cm。结果所有皮瓣和供瓣区移植皮片均成活。术后随访6～24个月,所有皮瓣色泽好,质地柔软,有保护性感觉。患者穿鞋行走正常,无明显疼痛。结论 足底内侧皮瓣是修复踝周中小面积缺损的良好选择。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the application of medial plantar flap in the repair of peri-ankle soft tissue defects.Methods From September 2014 to September 2018,a total of 9 cases with peri-ankle soft tissue defects were included in this retrospective study.The defects were located in the inner ankle(n=6)and anterior ankle(n=3).The size of the defects varied from 5 cm×4 cm to 10 cm×8 cm.Results All flaps and skin grafts survived well.Patients were followed up for 6-24 months,all flaps had good color,texture and protective sensation.All patients were able to walk pain-free in normal shoes.Conclusion Medial plantar flap is a good choice for repairing the small to medium size defects around ankle.
