自体肋软骨隆鼻联合面部脂肪移植重塑面部平衡性

摘要： 目的 按照面部美学的基本原则,探讨自体肋软骨隆鼻联合全面部脂肪移植重塑面部平衡性的效果。方法 对低鼻、短鼻患者在行自体肋软骨隆鼻的同时,给予全面部自体脂肪移植,以纠正单纯隆鼻术后鼻外形过于突兀而导致的面部轮廓失平衡的问题。统计患者术后满意率及并发症情况。结果 本组患者共288例,术后随访0.5～5年。术后患者鼻部外观改善的同时,面部整体轮廓平衡。本组患者均未发生严重并发症,手术效果满意,患者满意率为86%。结论 自体肋软骨隆鼻联合全面部脂肪移植可在改善鼻部外观的同时,重塑面部平衡性,使面部整体轮廓趋于和谐。

Abstract: Objective Based on the guidelines of aesthetics,to rebuild facial balance through rhinoplasty with autologous rib cartilage and facial fat grafting.Methods For patients with low nose and short nose,rhinoplasty with autologous rib cartilage and facial fat grafting were performed at the same time to correct the imbalance of facial contour caused by the nasal profile being too obtrusive after simple rhinoplasty.The results were photographed and recorded,and the postoperative satisfaction rate and complications were followed up.Results In this study,288 patients were included.The follow-up period ranged from 6 months to 5 years.The postoperative nasal appearance was improved and the overall facial contour was balanced.No serious complications were observed.The results were satisfactory and the satisfaction rate was 86%.Conclusion Rhinoplasty with autologous rib cartilage and facial fat grafting can not only improve the appearance of the nose,but also reshape the balance of the face,and make the face harmonious and unified again.
