乳腺癌根治术后一期乳房重建10年随访分析

A Study of 10-Year Follow-up on Primary Breast Reconstruction after Radical Mastectomy

摘要： 目的 探讨乳腺癌根治术后一期乳房重建对乳腺癌患者预后的影响。方法 选取2003年1月至2009年4月收治的早期乳腺癌患者46例,根据治疗方式的不同分为两组:乳腺癌根治术后一期乳房重建组(重建组,n=23)和乳腺癌根治术组(根治组,n=23)。比较分析两组患者的临床病理特征、复发转移率、总生存率、满意度及生存质量。结果 两组患者在临床病理学特征方面无明显统计学差异。术后随访期间,两组患者的复发转移率(P=0.913)及总生存率(P=0.585)亦无统计学差异。与根治组相比,重建组患者对于术后的外形满意度更高。结论 早期乳腺癌患者接受乳腺癌根治术后一期乳房重建并不影响患者的肿瘤安全性及生存情况,并可提高患者生存质量。

Abstract: Objective To explore the impact of primary breast reconstruction after radical mastectomy on the prognosis of breast cancer patients.Methods A total of 46 patients with early-stage breast cancer from January 2003 to April 2009 were enrolled in this study.According to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into two groups:the first-stage breast reconstruction group(reconstruction group,n=23)and the radical mastectomy group(mastectomy group,n=23).The clinicopathological features,recurrence and metastasis rates,overall survival rates,satisfaction rates and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences between the two groups in clinicopathologic features.During postoperative follow-up,there was no statistically difference between the two groups in recurrence and metastasis rate(P=0.913)and overall survival rate(P=0.585).Compared with the mastectomy group,patients in the reconstruction group were more satisfied with the appearance of breast reconstruction.Conclusion Postmastectomy reconstruction for patients with early-stage breast cancer does not affect the oncologic risks and overall survival,and could improve the quality of life.
