摘要: 瘢痕是临床的一大难题,近年来激光治疗瘢痕逐渐成为临床的热点。动物模型能够帮助阐明瘢痕的潜在机制,探究激光治疗瘢痕的更多可能方法。本文就常用的动物瘢痕模型及其在激光治疗实验中的应用进行综述。

关键词: 动物模型, 病理性瘢痕, 挛缩性瘢痕, 激光治疗, 微创治疗

Abstract: Scar is a difficult problem in plastic surgery. Laser treatment of scar has gradually become a hot spot in recent years. Animal models can help researchers elucidate the underlying mechanism of scar and explore more possible therapies for laser treatment of scar. In this paper, the commonly used animal scar models and their applications in laser therapy experiments were reviewed.
