Clinical efficacy of red and blue light combined with Adapalene gel in the treatment of mild to moderate acne

摘要:  目的 探讨红蓝光照射联合阿达帕林对轻、中度痤疮患者的治疗效果。方法 选取2018年5月至2019年5月我院收治的150例轻、中度痤疮患者,并随机分为两组。给予实验组(n=75)红蓝光交替照射联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗,对照组(n=75)给予阿达帕林凝胶治疗。治疗周期为1个月。结果 实验组和对照组患者在性别、年龄、血压、肝功能以及肾功能方面均无统计学差异(P>0.005),仅血红蛋白有统计学差异(P=0.044)。治疗前实验组和对照组Leeds评分比较无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗1个月后,实验组Leeds评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),而对照组Leeds评分与治疗前无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗1个月后,实验组愈合人数明显高于对照组,且总体有效率也明显高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论 采用红蓝光交替照射联合阿达帕林凝胶治疗轻中、度痤疮,能明显改善患者外貌,治疗效果明显且安全可靠。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of red and blue light combined with Adapalene gel in the treatment of mild and moderate acne. Methods From May 2018 to may 2019, 150 patients with mild to moderate acne were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the experimental group (n=75) were treated with alternating red and blue light combined with Adapalene gel, and the control group (n=75) was treated with Adapalene gel. The treatment period was 1 month. Results There was no significant difference in sex, age, blood pressure, liver function and renal function between the experimental group and the control group (P>0.005), but there were significant differences in hemoglobin (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in Leeds score between the experimental group and the control group before treatment (P>0.05); After one month of treatment, Leeds score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0.05), while Leeds score in the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05). After 1 month of treatment, the number of healing in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the overall effective rate was also significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.001). Conclusion Red blue light irradiation combined with Adapalene gel can significantly improve the appearance of patients with mild and moderate acne, and the treatment effect is obvious and safe.
