Abstract

Abstract: Objective To search optional biomaterials for mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) based tissue construction. The compatibility of human umbilical MSCs with collagen scaffolds was investigated in vitro. Methods Human umbilical MSCs were isolated by direct explant culture, and the phenotypic and differentiation characteristics were analyzed by flow cytometric technique and histological staining respectively.
