Abstract: Objective To estimate the clinical effect of the temporal rhytidectomy with suspension technique.Methods Twenty eight cases with low-middle-degree laxation of temple cutis were performed temporal rhytidectomy under local anaesthesia by the temple suspension.Results Fifteen patients were followed up for 1-2 years.The results were satisfactory with few complications.The aesthetic results were good.The laxation of ageing appearance can be apparently improved. Conclusion The temporal rhytidectomy combined with the suspension technique is a simple,reliable operation with less blood loss and without leave obvious traces from the surgery.
