Application of Mini-Invasive Curettage under Tumescent Anesthesia for the Treatment of Osmidrosis

Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of mini-invasive curettage in the treatment of osmidrosis under tumescent anesthesia.Methods Eighty-two patients with osmidrosis were treated by using minimal invasive curettage under tumescent anesthesia.Results All cases were followed up for 6-12 months and gained satisfactory results without any axillary malodor.Conclusion The minimal invasive curettage under tumescent anesthesia is a simple and effective method with few complications in the treatment of osmidrosis
