Abstract: Objective To explore the effects and safety of fractional laser technology in facial rejuvenation. Methods From May 2016 to May 2017, 60 cases with facial skin aging were selected and were treated with fractional laser technology, the therapeutic effects were evaluated. Results There were 46 cases with obvious therapeutic effect, 13 cases with effective effect and 1 case with invalid effect. The total effective rate was 98.33%. The shape of nasolabial folds, face and eyebrows were significantly improved after 2 months of treatment. Furthermore, the lift degree of nasolabial folds, face and eyebrows after 6 months of treatment were significantly higher than that after 2 months of treatment (P<0.05). VAS score immediately after treatment was (2.65±1.01). Treatment overall satisfaction rate of patients was 96.67%. No scar, infection, pigmentation, blisters, pimples and other significant adverse reactions occurred. Conclusion Fractional laser technology for facial rejuvenation is effective with fewer side effects. It is a safe and effective treatment method for facial rejuvenation.
