Abstract: Olfactory function is one of the most important physiological functions. Facial contouring surgery is one of the most popular aesthetic surgeries. While olfactory dysfunction occasionally occurs after facial contouring surgery, which influences the living quality of cosmetic patients seriously. In this paper, the research reports on olfactory dysfunction after facial contouring surgery at home and abroad were reviewed, and its possible causes and treatments were discussed.
