Abstract:

Reconstruction of defects using flap is a common method in plastic and reconstructive surgery, and the survival
of the flap is the key to the success of the operation. The design of the skin flap before and during the operation needs to consider
the condition of the flap blood supply. Postoperative monitoring of the flap blood flow is helpful for early detection and treatment
of flap blood flow problems, avoiding vascular crisis and flap necrosis happened. Therefore, flap blood flow monitoring is crucial
to the survival of the flap. In this paper, the flap blood flow monitoring methods currently used in clinical and animal experiments,
in order to provide a reference for the choice of flap blood flow monitoring methods in clinical and animal experiments
