Abstract: Objective To develop a new tissue engineering(TE)-epidermal substitute by using the hair follicle stem cells-chitosan-gelatin membrane(CGM) to repair skin defects of the nude mouse.Methods A full-thickness skin defect was made on the dorsum of nude mouse.The hair follicle stem cells were inoculated and on the CGM,the hair follicle stem cells-CGM was constructed to repair the skin defects of nude mouse.A full-thickness skin defect was only covered with chitosan-gelatin membrane in the control group.The nude ...
