Abstract: Two cases of spontaneous resolution of traumatic pseudoaneurysm of the superficial temporal artery were reported. All the 2 patients had a history of head trauma, and there was a mass in the temporal region after the injury, which was indicated by ultrasound as pseudosuperficial temporal aneurysm. The tumor disappeared after conservative treatment. Follow-up was conducted for 6-8 months, and no recurrence was found. Some traumatic pseudosuperficial temporal aneurysms can heal spontaneously after the acute stage without surgery intervention, and the tumor disappears.
