摘要: 随着全球风电产业的发展,海上风电逐渐向深海区扩展,传统自升式平台在深水和软淤泥质海床等复杂环境下面临淘汰的风险,难以适应未来的施工需求。半浮态施工方法通过结合自升式平台与浮式平台的优点,显著拓展了自升式平台的作业水深,不仅能够让自升式平台在深水区域继续高效、安全地施工,还解决了软淤泥质海床环境下传统平台无法作业的难题。这一技术的意义在于延长现有自升式平台的使用寿命,使其避免被快速淘汰,实现“晚半代退休”。详细探讨了半浮态施工技术的原理、关键技术步骤及其在实际工程中的应用,分析了其与传统施工方法的技术对比,并通过浙江沿海风电场等应用案例,展示了该技术在提升施工效率、降低成本和保证安全方面的显著优势。最后,展望了半浮态施工技术在海上风电及其他海洋工程中的广泛应用前景。

Abstract: With the development of global wind power industry, offshore wind power is gradually expanding into deep sea areas, where traditional jack-up platforms are at risk of being phased out due to their inability to operate in deep water and soft muddy seabed environments. The semi-floating construction method combines the advantages of jack-up platforms and floating platforms, significantly expands the operational depth of jack-up platforms, allows them to continue efficient and safe operations in deep water areas and solves the problem of traditional platforms of inability to work in soft muddy seabed environments. The significance of this technology lies in extending the service life of existing jack-up platforms, avoiding their rapid retirement, and achieving “half a generation later retirement”. Through case studies of offshore wind farms in the coastal areas of Zhejiang Province, a detailed discussion of the principles, key technical steps, and actual engineering applications of semi-floating construction technology is provided, a technical comparison between the semi-floating construction method and traditional construction methods is given, and significant advantages of this technology in improving construction efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring safety are demonstrated. Finally, this paper looks forward to the broad application prospects of semi-floating construction technology in offshore wind power and other marine engineering.
