 我国南海深水油气田水下回接管道清管策略研究

 Pigging Solutions Study of Subsea Tieback Flowline for Deepwater Oil and Gas Fields in the South China Sea

摘要: 在对国内外深水油气田开发项目中水下回接管道的清管操作策略全面调研分析的基础上,针对我国南海深水油气田开发工程的具体特点,通过对比分析,提出我国南海深水油气田水下回接管道清管操作策略。每种清管方案都有其优点、缺点和适用范围。依托设施上发球和收球的技术方案适合于清管频率较高的气田回接管道和油田回接管道;水下发球方案适合于清管操作不频繁的场合。使用常用的OLGA商业软件对我国已经投产的某深水气田的清管操作进行模拟分析,分析清管操作中多相流体的瞬态流动规律,用于指导深水油气田水下回接到现有设施的回接管道工艺设计和清管操作策略。

Abstract: Based on fully investigation and research of pigging solutions of subsea tieback flowline for the domestic and foreign deepwater oil and gas field development projects, according to the specific characteristics of deepwater oil and gas development project in the South China Sea, the comparative analysis for different pigging solutions of subsea tieback flowline is carried out, and pigging solutions adoptable for the South China Sea projects are obtained. Different pigging solutions have different advantages, disadvantages and application ranges. The scheme of launching and receiving pig on the existing facility is widely used for projects with high pigging frequency, while the subsea launching pigging solution is used for projects with low pigging frequency. OLGA software is used to simulate the pigging operation of a certain deepwater gas field in the South China Sea, and multiphase transient flow characteristics during pigging are analyzed. The results can be used to conduct flow assurance design and pigging operation in subsea tieback flowline to existing facility.
