摘要:

本文以某渤海海域分块吊装的八腿中心生产平台上部组块为例。根据设计一体化的思想,在详细设计阶段通过对该八腿中心平台上部组块海上吊装施工方案进行优化,不仅减少大型浮吊等关键性生产资源的占用和人力成本的投入,通过缩短海上施工时间,有效降低海上施工的不确定性风险。此外,能有效利用结构的冗成度,达到结构的最优化,实现降本增效的目的。通过专业的计算技术分析和论证,证明此优化方案的切实可行性。

Abstract: This article has a successfully put into operation example of a separated lifting topsides of eight legs central production platform in Bohai sea。 According to the idea of integrated design, in the detailed design phase through the marine lifting optimization of separated lifting topsides of eight legs central production platform, it not only reduces the occupation of key production resources such as large floating cranes and the input of labor costs, but also by shortening the offshore construction time to reduce the uncertainty risk of offshore construction. In addition, the redundancy of the structure can be effectively used to achieve the optimization of the structure and achieve the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency. Through the analysis and demonstration of professional computing technology, this article proves the feasibility of this optimization scheme
