Abstract: The FPSO construction project procurement on schedule is affected by multiple factors. Taking “HYSY 123” FPSO project as an example， this paper briefly analyzes the factors that impact the procurement and delivery， and then introduces the implementation procedures of the project procurement expediting management in detail， and finally summarizes the considerable results achieved by implementing the procurement expediting. It could be adopted as a reference for the subsequent FPSO construction projects.
