Abstract: Variable speed drive is widely used in submersible electric pump oil production methods due to their ability to reduce energy consumption， prolong the efficiency of electric pump systems， and stabilize system voltage. By analyzing the causes of variable speed drive failures in high-temperature environments and proposing effective strategies to reduce the temperature of variable speed drive， the stability， safety， and efficiency of oilfield production operations have been ensured， providing data and theoretical basis for how to reduce variable speed driver operation failures in high-temperature environments.
