Abstract: Adipose-derived stem cells (ADSC), cating in fat tissue, pluripotent mesenchymal stem cells which display the ability of self-renewal and multi-lineage differentiation and can secrete a variety of biological activity factors, having broad application prospects in regenerative medicine. Recently, diverse rejuvenation effects of ADSCs on skin have been demonstrated. The role of ADSCs in anti-wrinkle, whitening, promoting hair regeneration, improving the ability of tissue repair were reviewed in this paper.
