Abstract:
In the context of the new liberal arts education, Internet technology has deeply integrated into the field of foreign language teaching. The blended-teaching mode based on “Internet+” has become one of the new forms of foreign language course instruction. Constructing an evaluation-model for the effectiveness of blended-teaching and extensively utilizing Internet media for evaluation activities are not only fundamental requirements for assessing students’ learning outcomes and achievements in foreign language teaching, but also align with the basic research needs in the emerging secondary discipline of Foreign Language currently—“Foreign Language Education Studies”, promoting the enhancement of foreign language course instruction. Consequently, to effectively evaluate blended-teaching effectiveness, this research adopts a perspective rooted in foreign language education studies, constructing an evaluation-model of blended-teaching effectiveness, analyzing its practical pathways, and promoting the efficiency of “teaching” and “learning” in foreign language instruction through “assessment” in teaching. This aims to enhance the application of blended-teaching modes and their evaluation mechanisms in foreign language education.
