ZHIYI YU (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Fudan University, Shanghai, China, in 2000 and 2003, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of California at Davis, Davis, CA, USA, in 2007. He was with IntellaSys Corporation, Cupertino, CA, USA, from 2007 to 2008. He was an Associate Professor with the Department of Microelectronics, Fudan University, from 2009 to 2015. He is currently a Professor with the School of Microelectronics Science and Technology, Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China. He has authored four books (chapters) and more than 180 articles. He has granted more than 40 patents. His current research interests include digital VLSI design and computer architecture, including processing-in-memory, neuromorphic computing, and many-core processors. He is a TPC Member for many conference committees, such as Asian Solid-State Circuits Conference (ASSCC) and the Conference on Very Large Scale Integration (VLSI-SOC); the TPC Chair/Co-Chair for the IEEE International Conference on Solid-State and Integrated Circuit Technology, IEEE International Conference on Integrated Circuits, Technologies and Applications, and Asia-Pacific Signal and Information Processing Association; and the Chair for the IEEE Solid-State Circuit Society (SSCS) Guangzhou Chapter. He was an Associate Editor for IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON CIRCUITS AND SYSTEMS II: EXPRESS BRIEFS.

MINGYU WANG (Member, IEEE) received the B.E. degree in electronic information science and technology from the Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 2012, and the Ph.D. degree in electronic science and technology from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 2018. He was an Undergraduate Exchange Student with the Department of Electronic Engineering, Tsinghua University, from 2010 to 2011. He was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow with the Department of Computer Science and Technology, Tsinghua University, from 2018 to 2020. He is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Microelectronics Science and Technology, Sun Yat-sen University, Guangzhou, China. He has authored two books and more than 30 articles. He has granted more than 10 patents. His current research interests include digital VLSI design and computer architecture, including processing-in-memory, parallel computing, heterogeneous computing, chiplet, and network-on-chip. He is a Professional Member of the Association for Computing Machinery, China Computer Federation, Chinese Institute of Electronics, and Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence.
