Integrated Circuits and Systems (ICAS) is a peer-reviewed, gold open access journal published by Shanghai Jiao Tong University in partnership with IEEE. ICAS is dedicated to the rapid dissemination of original, high-impact research and development in all areas of integrated circuits and systems. As a new journal, we are committed to providing a premier platform for researchers, engineers, and academics to share their latest innovations and insights.
To support the academic community and promote the wide dissemination of research, all Article Processing Charges (APCs) are waived for manuscripts submitted before January 1, 2027.

Publishing Model
ICAS is a gold open access journal. All articles are published under an open access model and are made freely and permanently available online upon publication. This ensures that research findings are accessible to the widest possible audience without subscription barriers, promoting greater citation and impact.
Copyright and License to Publish
Articles in ICAS are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. This license allows for the maximum dissemination and re-use of open access materials and is preferred by many research funding bodies. Under this license, users are free to:

· Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.
This is contingent on the user giving appropriate credit to the original author(s) and the source, providing a link to the license, and indicating if changes were made.
Author Rights: Copyright of the articles is retained by the authors. Authors grant Shanghai Jiao Tong University and IEEE an exclusive license to publish the article. This agreement allows any third party to use the article freely as long as its integrity is maintained and the original authors, citation details, and publisher are identified. As part of the submission process, authors will be required to complete an IEEE License to Publish agreement.

Editorial Policies
All manuscripts submitted to ICAS must adhere to the journal's high standards of research and publication integrity. Our editorial policies are designed to ensure a fair, rigorous, and transparent publication process.
· Peer Review: The journal operates a single-blind peer review process, where the reviewers' identities are kept confidential from the authors. All submitted manuscripts are assessed by at least two independent expert reviewers. The final decision is made by the academic editor based on the reviewers' feedback. · Publication Ethics: ICAS is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and fully adheres to the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). The journal editors enforce a rigorous process to prevent any form of academic misconduct. We use iThenticate's Similarity Check software to screen all submissions for plagiarism. · Authorship and Contributions: ICAS follows the criteria of the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) for authorship.
