摘要:
腔镜手术在许多外科领域已广泛应用,显示出其在微创方面的优势。乳腺这类无自然腔隙的手术,尚存在一定争议与需解决的问题。本文综述了腔镜在乳腺手术治疗的背景、发展历程及所遇到的挑战与解决办法,论述了其应用的理论及实践基础。腔镜在乳腺外科领域将成为新的迭代工具,有望为更多的病人提供更安全、微创的服务方式。
