摘要:
胃癌治疗以手术切除为基石。以临床研究的积累及对肿瘤认识的深入为背景,外科技术的进步与多种治疗途径的协同发展,包括腹腔镜手术技术和新辅助治疗,正逐步弥补单纯外科手术的局限性。本文总结外科理论与技术进展,结合当前围术期治疗研究现状,系统阐述胃癌手术治疗中心论体系的形成及完善。
