病理性瘢痕激光治疗的研究进展

摘要： 病理性瘢痕带给患者严重的心理和生理影响,随着激光技术的发展,以及治疗经验的积累,激光治疗已成为重要的瘢痕治疗手段。激光技术主要通过破坏瘢痕内血管、刺激胶原重塑等达到治疗目的。本文就常用的激光技术在治疗病理性瘢痕中的应用进行综述。

关键词: 病理性瘢痕, 脉冲染料激光, 剥脱性点阵激光, 非剥脱性点阵激光

Abstract: The pathological scar can cause serious psychological and physiological morbidity to the patients. How to treat the pathological scar is a challenge faced by plastic surgeons. With the advances in laser technology, as well as the accumulation of clinical experiences, laser technique has become an important method of scar treatment. It is capable of revising the pathological scar by destroying blood vessels and stimulating collagen remodeling within the scar. In this paper, the application of laser techniques for the treatment of pathological scar was reviewed.
