表面麻醉剂在瘢痕局部非手术治疗中的应用进展

摘要： 瘢痕是创伤后导致的组织纤维化疾病。除了手术治疗外,局部的非手术治疗,如激光、药物注射治疗以及冷冻治疗等,也是瘢痕治疗的重要方法。疼痛是这些治疗中最常见的不良反应,使患者在治疗过程中产生畏惧心理,影响治疗效果。近年来,表面麻醉剂的发展和应用为解决这一问题提供了有效的手段。本文就常用表面麻醉剂的种类、药理、应用方法、优点及不良反应等方面的进展,以及这些药物在瘢痕局部非手术治疗中的潜在应用价值进行综述。

Abstract: Scar is tissue fibrotic disease caused by trauma.In addition to surgical treatment of scar,local non-surgical treatments such as laser,drug injection and cryotherapy are also important components in the treatment of scar.Pain is the most common adverse reaction in these treatments,not only affecting the therapeutic effect,but also giving the patient a certain burden on the body and mind during the treatment.In recent years,the development and application of surface anesthetics have provided an effective means to solve this problem.In this paper,the types of topical anesthetics,pharmacology,application methods,advantages and adverse reactions,as well as potential applications in non-surgical treatment of scar were reviewed and prospected.
