Abstract

Abstract: Objective To study the immunological properties of human adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) with passage in vitro, in order to have enough stem cells with low immunogenicity and immune regulation function for the use in the organization repair and cell therapy. Methods Flow cytometry was performed to show the changes with the passage of ADSCs, and its ability to inhibit proliferation of lymphocyte with the fifth passage of ADSCs in vitro.
