Abstract: Objective Explore the effects of FAK SiRNA on the expression of integrin α1, TGF-βR, focal adhesive kinase (FAK) and α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) of hypertrophic scar fibroblasts. Methods After hypertrophic scar fibroblasts were transfected by FAK SiRNA, FQ-PCR assay was applied to detect the mRNA expression of integrin α1, TGF-βR, FAK, α-SMA.
