Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated technique of autologous fat graft in treating facial localized scleroderma. Methods From January 2009 to August 2015, 12 patients with facial localized scleroderma were treated by autologous fat graft（3-4 times, six months apart）, combining with V-Y plasty and adhesion release. Results All the patients were followed up for 8 to 18 months and were satisfied with the high survival rate of fat, facial morphology and color improvement. No complications like hematoma, subcutaneous induration and infection were observed. Conclusion Integrated technique of autologous fat graft is a safe and effective method for facial localized scleroderma, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
