Abstract: Objective To summarize the experience of injection and nursing in treating 900 cases of keloid by 5- fluorouracil combined with lidocaine and triamcinolone, and to analyze the key points of treatment. Methods From 2002, 900 patients with keloid were selected, 5-FU combined with lidocaine and triamcinolone were injected into the scar. The changes of keloid were observed before and after treatment. Results Of 900 cases, 2 patients had adverse drug reactions, 30 patients were not effective, other 868 patients were significantly improved and no recurrence was observed in one year follow-up. Conclusion 5 -fluorouracil combined with lidocaine and triamcinolone can be used in treating keloid, it is simple and effective. At the same time, strengthen the nursing before and after injection is beneficial to improve the effect.
