Abstract: Objective To explore the nursing effect of periodic nursing intervention in head and face keloid.Methods From April 2014 to April 2017,62 cases with head and face keloid were included,and were randomly divided into 2 groups:control group and study group.Patients in control group were given routine nursing intervention,while patients in study group were given periodic nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The nursing effect,anxiety and depression status of the two groups were evaluated.The adverse reactions and complications of the patients were statistically analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the study group and control group was 64.52%and 54.84%respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The SAS and SDS scores of study group were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05);No adverse reaction was observed in the study group,and the adverse reaction rate in the control group was 22.6%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of periodic nursing intervention in head and face keloid can alleviate psychological stress reaction,eliminate the bad feelings and increase the cosmetic effect.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
