Abstract: Objective To study the biocompatibility of antigen-extracted xenogeneic cancellous bone matrix for the clinical use in the bone reconstruction field. Methods Acute toxicity test, pyrogen test, hemolysis test, hemopexis test, and long-term muscle and bone implant reaction were included in this study to evaluate the biocompatibility of antique-extrated xenogenetic cancellous bone matrix.
