Abstract: Objective To explore the efficacy of three-incision circumferential thigh liposuction and lower leg liposuction in lower limb contouring.Methods From January 2017 to October 2018,17 cases with fat accumulation in lower limb were performed circumferential thigh liposuction and lower leg liposuction with three incisions.One incision was in pubic area,and other two incisions were in inferior gluteal folds.Results All cases were followed up for 3-20 months.The contouring of lower limb was improved.No complication of fat embolism,serious irregularity and infection was observed.Fifteen cases were satisfied with the results,the satisfaction rate was 88.2%.Conclusion Three-incision circumferential thigh liposuction and lower leg liposuction can well accomplish the shaping of both lower limbs with few incisions and concealed positions.
