Abstract: Stem cells regenerative medicine plays an important role in the repair of organ tissue and regeneration.By now, reprogramming of somatic cells through the exogenous genes is the most hopeful way to get transplant cells.Microenvironment is the most important factor in the survival, immigration, and differentiation of transplanted cells.Endogenous inhibitor of nitric oxide synthase system(ADMA/DDAH pathway) may plays a key role in regulating angiogenesis, inducing differentiation of muscle cells and promoting muscle generation by the DDAH/ADMA pathway regulation.
