摘要 随着作战任务的日益繁复,对高密度发射控制系统的需求愈加迫切。本文从地面装备的现状出发,结合冷热备份等经典设计理念,引入资源重组技术,实现对发射控制系统资源的动态重组和灵活配置,从而充分利用系统资源,提高资源利用率,增强实际作战效能。利用信号交换技术构建新的发射控制系统架构,对其内部资源进行分类规划;分析任务、设备与发射通路等资源之间的相互依赖关系,确定相应的资源重组原则,并设计出一套有效的控制流程,以实现动态化资源重组;将资源重组技术应用于发射控制系统,形成一整套针对该系统的资源重组方法。

Abstract:With the growing complexity of combat missions, the requirement for high-density launch control systems is becoming urgent. This paper, from the perspective of ground equipment, combined classic design concepts, including cold and hot backup, and introduced resource reorganization technology. It aimed to achieve dynamic reorganization and flexible allocation of launch control system resources, thereby maximizing resource utilization, improving resource efficiency, and boosting actual combat effectiveness. Signaling exchange technology was adopted to construct a new launch control system architecture, and internal resources were categorized and systematically planned. Then, a systematic analysis of the interdependencies among mission resources, equipment resources, and launch channel resources was conducted. Corresponding resource reconfiguration principles were formulated, and an effective resource reconfiguration control mechanism was developed to achieve dynamic resource optimization. By applying resource reconfiguration technology to the launch control system, this study has developed a tailored methodology for the resource reconfiguration system.
