摘要: 针对水下生产系统的水下控制,从系统构成、通信和供电方式、阀门结构、功能适应性等多角度分析研究了全电控水下控制系统的技术特点。结合工程经验对比了水下全电控系统与目前广泛应用的复合电液控制系统的优缺点。研究结果可为研发全电控水下控制系统提供参考。

Abstract: For the control of subsea production system (SPS), the technical characteristics of the all-electric subsea control system are discussed and analyzed from different aspects such as the system structure, communication and power supply approach, valve structure, functional adaptability, etc. In combination with the engineering experience, the advantages and disadvantages of all-electric control system and the widely used multiplex electro-hydraulics control system are compared. This research will provide reference for the research and development of all-electric subsea control system in China.
