摘要:

水下生产系统广泛用于海洋油气资源开发领域, 其长期运行于海底泥线位置。 为保障生产安全运行、 降低设备的结构复杂度和运维成本, 需要为水下生产设备配置高可靠性的水下温压变送器。 目前, 国内尚未形成水下温压变送器设计及制造技术。 从全面实现水下生产系统国产化, 以及站在技术制高点规划水下关键仪表的产业布局出发, 本文深入剖析了水下温压变送器技术现状。 首先, 对水下温压变送器的工程背景和在水下生产系统的安装位置, 以及对水下生产系统的关键作用进行了研究, 并阐述了水下压力温度一体变送器的工作原理。 其次, 分析了相关标准对水下温压变送器的功能与技术要求, 对比了国际主流产品的机械结构、 部件材料、 供电通信以及压力、温度变送器的精度、分辨率等技术参数。 最后, 对水下温压变送器的技术难点、国际采购面临的问题、国产化紧迫性与必要性进行了总结和展望。

Abstract:

Subsea production system is widely used in the development of offshore oil and gas resources, and always runs at the position of subsea mud line for a long period. In order to ensure safe operation and reduce the structural complexity as well as the maintenance cost of equipment, it is necessary to equip a highly reliable subsea pressure and temperature transmitter (PTT). So far, the design and manufacture technology of subsea PTT has not been developed in China. On the basis of fully realizing the localization of subsea production system, and planning the industrial distribution of subsea key equipment from technical commanding point, this paper analyzes the technical status of PTT comprehensively. Firstly, the engineering background, the installation position of PTT and its key role in subsea production system are introduced. The working principle of PTT is described as well. Afterwards, the function and technical requirement of the relevant standards for PTT are illuminated. The mechanical structure, component material, power supply, communication, pressure-temperature transmitter precision, resolution and other data parameters are compared and analyzed as well. Finally, the technical difficulties, the problems faced by international procurement, along with the urgency and necessity of localization of  PTT are presented with summary and prospect.
