深水半潜式J-lay铺管船海管铺设功能论证分析研究

摘要: 主要确定拟建造的深水半潜式J-lay铺管船海管铺设关键参数。调研国外深水J-lay铺管船及在典型项目中的应用情况;依据规范,核算不同水深情况下允许的海管管径、壁厚分布情况;结合工程项目经验,对比J-lay塔不同节点和工作站情况下海管铺设效率;通过有限元分析,确定拟建的J-lay铺管船海管铺设能力及对应要求。

Abstract: The important design parameters for deepwater semi-submersible crane J-lay vessel are analyzed. Firstly, we investigate the existing J-lay vessels and typical pipeline J-lay projects. And then we check the pipe outer diameter and wall thickness under different water depths based on related standards. The pipe laying efficiencies with different work stations and unit section pipe lengths are compared. Finally, we get the required function for the proposed J-lay vessel design.
