三维坐标控制网在大型模块尺寸控制中的应用

摘要: 大型模块建造多采取分片预制、整体总装的建造形式,整体结构复杂、尺寸大,尺寸控制节点多,附属管线对接处尺寸公差要求严格。以海洋石油工程青岛场地承建的Ichthys液化天然气(LNG)陆地终端项目为例,对结构分片进行尺寸控制,并标记甲板中心点,为总装阶段建立三维坐标控制网。基于坐标控制网与甲板中心点对结构片进行总装尺寸定位,并对管线对接处尺寸进行控制,有效控制了误差积累,保证了模块总装尺寸精度,为大型模块尺寸控制提供了可供借鉴的经验。

Abstract: For large-scale ocean engineering modules, the construction method is usually pre-fabricating in pieces and field-assembling on site. About the dimensional control, there are more control points for the structure and stricter tolerance for attached pipe docking because of the complicated structure and huge overall size. Taking Ichthys liquefied natural gas (LNG) land terminal project which was built on COOEC Qingdao yard as an example, dimensional control is applied to structure pieces and the best-fit center line is marked on them in the pre-fabrication process. Three-dimensional coordinate system control network is established on the final assembly site. According to the system, the positioning and dimensional control of structure pieces, as well as those of the pipe docking, are achieved using the best-fit center line. The three-dimensional coordinate system can effectively ensure the accuracy of the module in the field-assembly process and control the error accumulation, which provides experiences for the dimensional control of large-scale modules in the future.
