摘要: 针对悬链锚腿式系泊(CALM)装置绞车的设计,结合实际CALM项目,对需要满足的环境条件、驱动方式的选取、钢丝绳的选型、排绳器的配置、绞车的安装等关键内容进行了介绍和总结。实际设计结果在满足功能要求的同时,还可节省费用。该研究可为类似装置绞车的选型设计提供一定参考。

Abstract: Key contents to be considered in the winch design of catenary anchor leg mooring (CALM) single point mooring system are introduced and concluded, including environment condition to be satisfied, selection of drive mode, steel wire rope selection, spooling gear configuration, winch installation, etc. In an actual design project, the design results meet the functional requirements and save the equipment costs. Some references are provided for the type selection design of winch in similar facilities.
