中国南海半潜式平台钢悬链线立管的强度研究

摘要: 半潜式平台是发展较快的一款新型深海浮式平台,适合中国南海油气资源钻探、开发及生产。钢悬链线立管(SCR)因其结构简单、经济可靠,得到了广泛的应用。SCR强度通常受环境载荷和平台运动的影响,强度是否满足要求关系到整个平台生产的安全,因此强度的研究至关重要。结合中国南海内波流和百年一遇的环境条件,介绍了立管的布置、形态、设计方法和关键技术,进行了深吃水半潜式平台的SCR强度研究,最后以18英寸(1英寸≈2.54cm)立管的强度分析为例,给出了强度分析结果,可为立管工程化设计提供参考。

Abstract: Semi-submersible platform is a new type of deepwater floating platform, which can be used for oil and gas exploration, development and production in the South China Sea. Steel catenary risers (SCRs) are widely used in deepwater applications due to the relatively simple structure, economy and reliability. The strength of SCR is usually influenced by environmental load and platform movement. Whether the strength meets the requirements is related to the production safety of the platform, so the study of riser strength is crucial. We mainly introduce the layout and configuration of riser, as well as the design method and key technologies of riser, and study SCR strength for the application of SCR to semisubmersible platform in the South China Sea. The strength analysis results of 18-inch riser are given as an example, which provides a good reference for the engineering design of riser.
