移动式井口平台外输海管登临方案浅析

摘要: 移动式井口平台具有可移动、可重复利用的特点,主要用于边际油田开发。平台由4根桩腿支撑,海底管缆缺乏依托支撑结构,无法像导管架平台一样以导管架为支撑结构登临平台。分析了依托井口隔水管、可升降管架和桩腿三种登临方式的优缺点。依托桩腿登临具有可升降、可重复利用、对平台性能影响小、系统简单等优点,但需解决登临立管穿过平台围阱区对结构的影响以及涡激振动现象的发生。对登临立管涡激振动进行分析研究,为立管的振动控制提供了理论依据。

Abstract: The mobile wellhead platform has the characteristics of being movable and reusable, and it is mainly used for the development of marginal oilfields. The platform is supported by four pile legs. Due to the lack of a supporting structure for the subsea pipelines and cables, it is impossible to board the platform with the jacket as the supporting structure like in a jacket platform.The advantages and disadvantages of three types of boarding methods relying on the wellhead riser, the liftable pipe rack, and the pile legs are analyzed. Boarding relying on the pile legs has advantages such as being liftable, reusable, having little impact on the platform's performance, and having a simple system. However, it is necessary to address the impact of the boarding riser passing through the platform's enclosure area on the structure and the occurrence of vortex-induced vibration phenomena. Analyzing and researching the vortex-induced vibration of the boarding riser provides a theoretical basis for the vibration control of the riser.
