摘要： 本文通过对高职商务英语专业人才培养目标中的专业知识、专业能力和专业素养的分析,然后设定高职商务英语专业教师能力标准,然后依据此标准对教师专业化发展现状进行调查,最后提出“高职商务英语专业教师发展应以高职商务英语专业人才培养目标为核心”这一具有一定创新性的观点,并提出推动高职商务英语专业教师良性发展的相关策略。

Abstract: This article discusses the standards for business English teachers in higher vocational and technical colleges by analyzing professional knowledge, professional capabilities and professional qualities in the business English professionals’ cultivation. Based on the research of the business English teachers’ development in the present situation, the present paper put forward a creative view that the business English teachers’ development in higher vocational and technical colleges should focus on the objectives of the professionals’ cultivation, and then it suggests strategies for business English teachers’ development.
