摘要:

目的: 分析新型冠状病毒(新冠)肺炎防控期间,收治点工勤人员参加穿脱防护用品培训依从性及其参加培训依从性的影响因素,探讨防范管理对策。方法: 以2022年年3月17日—4月15日我院质子中心新冠肺炎救治点110名工勤人员作为研究对象,对其进行网络快速问卷调查,根据医院感染(院感)穿脱防护用品培训记录评价工勤人员培训依从性。分析影响工勤人员培训依从性的影响因素,并制定相应管理对策,进行管理疗效评价。结果: 工勤人员穿脱防护用品培训依从性与受教育程度、既往新冠肺炎救治点工作经验和新冠知识水平及抗疫态度相关(均P<0.05)。院感人员制定针对性策略可提高工勤人员新冠病毒知识水平、抗疫态度及培训依从性(P<0.01)。结论: 分析研究工勤人员穿脱防护用品培训中依从性影响因素,制定相应管理策略,有助于提升工勤人员新冠知识及抗疫态度,提高培训依从性,可能有助于降低院内感染风险,为院感管理提供科学依据。

Abstract:

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of the compliance in personal protection equipment (PPE) training for hospital workers during the period of prevention and control of COVID-19, and to explore relative management countermeasures. Methods From March 17th to April 15th, 2022, 110 hospital workers were taken as the research object, who worked at COVID-19 treatment unit of the Proton Center of Ruijin Hospital. A rapid online survey about PPE training was conducted on the workers, and the compliance of this training was evaluated according to the survey records. Those influencing factors, that affected the compliance of the training for workers were analyzed. Relative management countermeasures were formulated then. At last, the management efficacy was evaluated. Results Those influencing factors of the compliance in PPE training for hospital workers were related to their education level, the previous work experience in COVID-19 treatment units, the level of knowledge of COVID-19 and the anti-pandemic attitude(all P<0.05). The development of targeted strategies by the hospital infection control committee could improve the level of knowledge of COVID-19, the anti-pandemic attitude, and the training compliance for hospital workers(P<0.05). Conclusions The influencing factors analysis of training compliance for hospital workers and the formulation of relative management strategies, could improve their level of knowledge of COVID-19 and the anti-pandemic attitude, which would improve training compliance, as well as to reduce the risk of infection in hospitals. This research results could provide a scientific basis for hospital infection management.
