53 例内窥镜辅助下腋窝入路假体隆乳的长期回顾性研究

Breast Implant Augmentation Via Endoscopic Assisted Axillary Approach: a Long-Term Retrospective Study in 53 Cases

摘要: 目的探讨内窥镜辅助下腋窝入路假体隆乳术的术后长期效果。方法回顾分析自2014年7月至2016年12月,实施内窥镜辅助下腋窝入路双平面假体隆乳术的53例患者,术后随访时长均大于18个月。测量术后乳房各径线,对各项与假体隆乳相关的并发症进行评估,对患者术后满意度进行评估。结果患者双侧锁乳线、胸乳线长度及经乳头胸围,术后均较术前明显增加(P0.05)。共有29例患者在术后出现各类并发症,其中绝大多数患者(98%)属于轻症并发症(如乳头感觉改变、乳房假体边缘可触及),仅1例患者(2%)出现严重并发症(Ⅲ~Ⅳ级包膜挛缩)。结论内窥镜辅助下腋窝入路双平面假体隆乳可明显增大患者乳房体积,并发症少,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the long-term effects of breast implant augmentation via endoscopic assisted axillary approach. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 53 patients who underwent endoscopic assisted transaxillary double dual plane breast implant augmentation from July 2014 to December 2016. All patients were followed up for more than 18 months. Postoperative breast diameters were measured, the complications related to prosthesis augmentation was evaluated, and the postoperative satisfaction of patients was evaluated. Results The post-operative length of the suprasternal notch to nipple, clavicle midpoint-to-nipple distance and nipple-level chest circumference were significantly increased compared with the preoperative one(P 0.05). A total of 29 cases suffered complications after operations, of which the vast majority(98%) had mild complications(such as nipple sensory changes, the implant edge palpability), and only 1 patient(2%) had severe complications(such as Ⅲ-Ⅳ capsule contracture). Conclusion Endoscopic assisted transaxillary double dual plane breast implant augmentation is clearly able to increase the breast volume of patients with fewer complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
